What are some good pranks to pull on my mom and aunt?

My Aunt always comes over like every month and we always pull pranks on each other! What is some good pranks! ( also some for friends

1. Put a whoopie cushion under your mom's seat and brown washable paint on your aunt's seat.
2. Dog on a Rope, no question. Never tried this but heard of it being done... basically you set up some sort of basic pulley system attached to a door and fix a dog to the end of the pulley a few minutes before your mark is due to enter the room. When they open the door, whoosh! a dog flying right into their face! try it with something dog shaped and sized first until the action is right, and then saddle up ol' pooch and let her rip. BEWARE: this might not be a suitable prank to play on those with weak hearts. EDIT: Also, this might not be suitable for weaker, older dogs. Try it with something young and full of energy if possible... this will ensure maximum effect
