My Funny Picture

Some times friends send me an email page that has funny pictures and stuff on it. Where are they downloading?

I know all about ecards, but I can't seem to find (for years) a site that offers an actual email page that you can copy the whole thing and paste it into your own email (like yahoo). Are these people making their own>? I DOUBT THAT simply because I know people from very different worlds sending the SAME PAGES.
