Hey me and my freind are on the shore and theres heaps of boats going past. We've been mooniong them for now, but we wanna know if theres any good pranks you can do to boats going past?? P.S. I need an answer in the next hour.

2. Get a mannequin or blow up doll, and throw it in front of the boat as it goes by. They will think that they hit a real person, and freak out. Make it realistic though. Act as though the person fell out of the boat.
