- Probably not. They wouldn't be visible from the Space Station.
- No because there is not enough light to view from outer space.
- Don't forget it is not the entire planet of Earth that celebrates midnight at the same time. This happened 24 times yesterday in 24 different time zones. But it is doubtful that the space station which is 338km above Earth would see these celebrations.
- There are Satellites that take Daylight photographs of the Earth, so No, I don't think that they will have wasted that much time taking pictures of people having Fun down here on Earth. Actually, I'm not too sure when and Whether they take any pictures anymore. Google Earth hasn't changed much, I don't think they're going to update anytime soon.
