Friend played a prank. Computer screen is all black except for borders and words are white and links are blue?

It's not a somple F4 F5 fix, but it has something to do with ctrl and alt i believe. Please let me know the hotkeys IM USING VISTA alt shift ptscren thanks

1. It's the high-contrast XP feature. Use the Utility Manager (Start > All Programs > Accessibility) and click on the Utility Manager. Find something called the 'High Contrast' and disable it.
2. even simpler try shift - alt - print screen then enter.
