My Funny Picture

MSN Messenger - HELP!!! (Picture Display)?

I'm having trouble with my display picture on messenger... When I'm chatting with someone, I can't see my display picture box.. I already went to "Tools"--> "Options" --> "My Display Picture" and checked the box... and it doesn't work... when I go ahead and go in again to "My Display Picture" it shows as if I didn't add the check mark on the box even thou I DID!!... I sign in to my dad account and in his it DOES appear his picture.. I sing in on mine and the display picture box DOESN'T appear...I have already reinsall Messenger, and even different versions... I have sing in on different computers and it doesn't help.... I don't know what else to do, It's seems as if it has something to do with my account.... what is wrong??????? =( Please HELP!!!!!!! =( It doesn't show the arrows on my side to open a display picture... only on top of the person whom I'm chatting with... I tried the camera to see if it appears my window, and it does! I can see myself.. but when I turn it off, again... no picture on my side!! or any option!! only on the person I'm talking to!! It has nothinng to do with the picture I'm trying to upload... I have them all in .jpg and not very heavy...
