How do you get pics of your neighbors in Animal Crossing?

What is an easy way to get pics of your neighbors and how do you know when they want to give them to you?

1. Why dont you allow people to email you I have Animal Crossing Wild World also and I want you to be on my contact list but I dont want someone that I cant even Email Geez I hate when people block their Email
2. You have to really make them like you. They only give you a picture of themselves if they consider you a close friend. But sometimes they don't give it to you until they move, and you might not want that.
3. you be nice to them, send them gifts and talk to them a lot. idk, i get a lot of pics of animals i dont even really pay attention to, soo idk
4. Unless you decide to use some kind of action replay to acquire items, there isn't a way to get them easier. Talk to them as often as you can, spend as much time around them, wave to them when you pass them by, and eventually they will part with a picture of themselves. You can win browny points with your neighbors by waving at them as you pass them in the village, or mailing them a letter with a gift. It takes a bit of time, but if you want it that bad, stick at it and they will give you what you want.
