What is the website for the funny pictures that are displayed in a black box with a caption underneath?

I have received many emails containing these but they are chain mail so there is no original sender. Ok, that video site asked me to download software.. which i am not going to do. please can i have the right url? I think they might be all from one site though.. or are they all just randomly created by different people?
