want to start tshirt business, need company names that sell printed shirts with funny sayings/pictures by bulk

I am wanting to start a business that sells t-shirts with funny sayings and pictures on them. I am looking for any ideas on how to get started and also any names of companies that I can contact to purchase t-shirts that already have funny sayings and pictures on them by bulk. I also have a few questions on selling them. How do I know if I can resale t-shirts that I purchse??? Is there somewhere I can find the rules and laws on resale of products??? Any information is greaty appreciated!
