Taking pictures of fireworks with D400.?

i have a canon eos d400 and id like to know what is the BEST setting for taking fireworks pictures. please help!!! the display is in 2 days!!! apreciate it if any of guys can gimme d exact settings!!! arghh!!!! i dont wana lose this rare opportunity... T.T

3. Manual focus, manual exposure. Put your camera on a tripod, pre-focus on infinity, or close to it. Set your aperture on f/8 or smaller (higher f/ number), shutter on bulb. Hold the shutter for the duration of the blast.
4. Terisu is Right Manual mode, manual focus ( to infinity ) and put the aperture down to f/8- beyond, use the bulb setting ( shutter speed )
