How can I make prank calls from my computer, but still use my own voice with a microphone?

I see people having them all the time, but how do I?

1. Why would you want to make prank calls? They are stupid and a waste of time. I had a pranker that kept calling me, unfortunately for him I had caller ID and the 5th time he called me, I blew an air horn into the mouthpiece and slammed down the phone. Never rang back again. Seriously, grow up and get a real hobby.
2. Try using Skype or another internet telephone service that allows you to call out. (You will have to set up an account, and probably charge it up with your PayPal account in order to cover the [usually low] cost of calling a phone line.) Their FAQ page will give you more details on how to call phones using your computer. When you call someone, their phone will display the number (012) 345-6789 as the caller ID. You can try it out on your own phone first if you have a land line. Hope that helps~
