1. It says what it is in the photo! Its an Ermine, which is a relative of ferrets and minks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ermine
2. It IS an ermine. It looks like a weasel. Its a mammal found in Russia, Northern Europe, and North America.
3. As it says on the photo, it is an ermine. This is the name given to the stoat (Mustela erminea) when it turns white for winter. Its summer coat is brown, like this: http://www.batterseaparkzoo.co.uk/animals/stoat02.jpg It is a member of the family Mustelidae, commonly known as the weasel family, which also includes otters, badgers, wolverines, polecats, martens and, of course, weasels.
