MACROMEDIA FIREWORKS MX 2004, ♥?

hi hi right my question: on macromedia fireworks, i cant get anything to FlAsH! :/ this is what i do, Export preview then its comes up w/ a box and in the left corner its got Animated GIF and then 3 tabs Export Ok Cancle. and then i click Export and then i load it on to bebo, but it doesnt flash :/ i want to use it for making skins and also for display pictures x please help x ♥ whats the .swf file and how do i get it :/ the thing that is annoying is that ive done it before tho...

1. you have to upload the .swf file it makes. and make sure it is to the same folder/place where it is on your computer.
