How to find info on prank phone caller?

Recently, I received some harrassing phone calls, the guy says some bad words and hang up before I could even say a word. No phone numbers on caller ID. How shall I find the phone number?

1. Try using *69, it should give you the number of the caller.
2. How to find the unknown phone number and eventually find who called you? You would need to know exactly when the call was happened, you then need to call your phone company immediately.
