Okay you and your friends pick a phone number and make up a name like "Steve" ally" call the number and have all of your friends call one after the other asking for Steve Then you call and say.....Hi this is Steve, did I get any calls or do I have any messages?
Ring two taxi companies on two differnt phones and put them on to eachother...or pizza places, some similar services

(My friend did know where he/she was) Friend: In the kitchen..... Someone: Ahhhh!!! Friend: *hang up* Someone: *the phone goes meep meep meep.....* its so funny!!! There's also another one. Friend: Help help me!!! Man: What happened? Are you okay? Friend: *imitates chainsaw* *Dumps a bucket of water to imitate blood* the chainsaw!!! ahhhhhh *pretends to be dead and hangs up* Man: OMG!!!

Oh this is a good one! We do it all the time in college!! Call some random number and say that you are working with the electric company and that your computers are telling ye that they have had a power surge in their house! Tell them that they currently have enough electricity running through their house right now to power a whole street and that their electricity bill is gonna be massive! Tell them to turn off all the lights and appliances in the house to see if anything changes! Tell them that it hasn't worked so the problem is more serious than you first thought! The electric could blow and cause an electric fire! Ask if they have an electric oven and if they do tell them to turn it on to the last and when it heats up stick their head in it to see how hot it is! After keeping them on the phone for a long time worrying about a fire etc tell them that you have temporarily fixed the problem but just in case tell them not to turn anything electric in the house all night including the lights appliances etc including the tv! Its best if you do this during a time where there is something good on tv!! You will need someone very convincing on the phone though to pull it off!!
