4. If the classroom doors open in, tape a huge sheet of paper over the frame of a closed door during class. When someone inside opens the door, he'll be staring at a wall of paper. If you can find a poster big enough (or attach a poster to a bigger sheet made by taping sheets of newspaper together), so much the better. A life-size picture of some famous person, or a wide-open-spaces landscape, would be good. Imagine the reaction of someone who opens a classroom door to find himself staring at a desert stretching to the horizon, or at Elvis, Dick Cheney, or Osama bin Laden! Get some rolls of cotton from your dentist and put them on the chalk trays.
