1. i'm not a guy or anything. but maybe if you made him dinner. take some thought into his favorite meal. and then make it. don't buy him too much. he might feel overwhelmed and he might not have/get you as much. and he'll feel bad.
2. Maybe do some type of "coupon" for backrub, dinner, etc. Your list sound great thou ---
3. Well that is a lot of things as it is! I would say if you were to add something else to that I would say make dinner. THat is always a nice gesture and is thoughtful! Their favorite meal of course.
