It's one about a good looking girl that thinks she's alone in her date's car, then cuts a highly sonorous fart, only to realize that there was a another couple in the back seat.
This was a german prank. They put a large basin filled with water in a department store and covered it with sheets so poeple would think it was a bed and try it out. Its good stuff.
