Good scary prank ideas?

Ok so i'm a councelor at 7th grade camp. It is a tradition for the councelors to scare the 7th graders every year. I need some good ideas. Its gotta be scary.

1. Break Charles Manson out of prison and give him access to all the cabins...that would be pretty scary.
2. let michel jackson sneak in the guys cabin while they r asleep,but im not sure if that would scare them or scar them .....
3. tell the kids a tale about kids who have gone missing,that there was a escape convicted about 40 years ago,loose and he took the kids to a remote place in the woods, and they were never seen again,and sometimes you can hear there screams from the woods at night, and say the convict was never caught and describe his clothing and say he had a weird laugh as he was getting close to his victim, and they would vanish,and say he had yellow eyes and a red shirt and overall, and to keep the door lock at all times,but say its just a old tale, and when everyone sleeps have someone dress like what i said an start making a wicked laugh outside there cabin, and scratch the door, and tell them come with me to woods , and laugh in that weird laugh, maybe that will scare them? if not tell them there parents signed them over to you guys and they will have to live there haha
