How to prank call but when you type in and computer talks.?

Alright, last week i used this thing called TALK IT and you would type in whatever you wanted and [icked a voice from computer and it would talk...great for prank calling anyone who finds this or something like this i'll choose for best answer.

5. Im not sure if this is the same thing your talken about, but its simular. -get into your control panal -then there is an icon saying text to wordds -click on that and it should work Hope this works for your computer
6. Even better than that is called IPRelay. What you do is use AIM and message MYIPRELAY and say "call". Then type in the number you want to prank and someone will call them and say whatever you type. Just make sure you say "ga" after every sentence (it means go ahead, then they will say what you typed). Then whatever the person who they call says, they will type that to you. It's hilarious, you can literally type just about anything and the operator will say it to whoever you call. It's a free service that is for deaf people that can't call people. There's no way they can tell if your deaf or not. Definately got to try it!
