1. I made some flash pranks myself: http://www.scaryforkids.com/scary-pop-ups/ You need to use a program called Macromedia Flash. It takes a bit of getting used to, but there's lots of tutorials online. Once you get used to making simple animations, you'll understand how to make the scary flash files.
