Any ideas for really scary pranks?

So here's the situation, my friend is having about 5-10 people over on Friday night. We decided that once it gets dark, we should take the guests up into the woods to this clearing back behind her house. There's a small shed about the size of an outhouse, but otherwise, the clearing is empty and surrounded by dense forests. We want to scare everyone as much as possible, we'll take any suggestions. Also, my friend has two brothers and a dad who may all be willing to help, and assume that it will be dark, or close to dark out. I have a fake head, arm, and leg to work with, and I know how to make fake blood. Any ideas?

1. Have it seem like they are burying a body when you go back there. Like they're the mafia and you guys stumbled on them and they are going to kill you. Have water guns that look like real guns and see what happens.
2. so scatter then out there covered in brush so it looks like they been there a while and come up with this insane story before you take them back there.
3. there are alot of good pranks like have someone trailing then have them leave and hide then let then have a wolf call and a airsoft gun the wolf call to scare them and the gun to protect themselves if a wolf comes the gun is optional you could also have someone take fire crakers and set them off while hidden you could also tell a scary story then have someone pop out or just face them and scare them there are lots of other good pranks but i can't think of any others
