Know any truly SCARY Halloween Pranks???

I'm looking for some truly scary halloween pranks - not for kids. I want to get my friend back who has scared me before. He doesn't scare easily so it has to be good. Nothing cheesy like fake blood and monsters - more like EVP, paranormal, spirits type of scary. I want to do a sucession of 2-3 things. We are VERY good friends and there is no way he would consider anything I do harassment, etc. He would love this. He leaves for work very early in the AM, I am thinking leaving a haunting message on his car window written in mud or having a very bright light flash in his bedroom window. I wish I could send an email in russian with a cryptic message once translated anonymously. Or have his TV cut off on its own or his cell phone get alien-like interference. You see where I am going with this...

1. try being a zombie and hide then scare people
2. Take the screen/glass out of your front door and turn all your lights off in the house. Stand in the shadow when kids come up to ring the bell and lean right out through the door. Also, depending on where you live, you might have one of those raised storm drains. If you do, build a platform out of plywood to stand on and put a bowl of candy on on top of the drain (not in the street, but on the part where the cap is). Wait inside for unsuspecting kids and reach out for them when they go for the candy. of course, none of those things have anything to do with what you're looking for.
3. Early in the morning,when he gets in his car,I would put a bed sheet on and jump on the hood of his car-screaming bloody murder,and then see if he gets scared!
