scary halloween pranks and decorations! quick!?

i've asked you for pranks before. now i need halloween scares. doing a haunted front yard and need good scare ideas and scary props or decor suggestions.

1. i remember one time we went to this one house and they had candy in a bowl ontop of a "coffin" when the kids went to reach for a piece someone jumped out of the coffin! it was scary.
2. Well you are so lucky that you have a front yard.One you could put a lot of pumpkins in the floor.And then when someone pasts by jump up and scare them with a scary costume.And for decorations put alot of ghost figures around the yard.
3. use a grave stone with someones name one is and have a coffin like behind it and have like one of your friends in it and have and when people come in your yard have the person in the coffin pop up
