good computer pranks with someones ip adress ?

if i know somebodys ip adress, are there any good programs that i can put on their computer and then play with from my computer? can you link to a program? i hope i dont have to write the program myself....... i have acess to all the info i need, the person i want to prank is the opposite of tech saavy so they dont have a router or firewall..... maybe someone had the name of a program so i could google it?

1. Knowing their IP you probably have or know their internal IP not their external. Anyway, just knowing their IP really isnt going to help you do anything a.they prob use a router or firewall & b.you're having to ask how to do it. I doubt anyone on Y!A is going to risk getting their Y account locked for giving you links or specifics. Good try though.
2. Well, if you know someone's IP address with in your local area network (LAN). many things you can do to that particular computer as long as your domain account has an administrative priviledge. Remote Admin program may be helpful to your plot.
3. go run regedit then go to file "connect to network registery" then go to this path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon see ther at right side like this "LegalNoticeText",and "LegalNoticeCaption" double click over it and write anything u want next when he will reboot he will see "ur an suckker" like this if u type this. many more things but they r dangerous to tell to u i suppose ;-) but u must have an administrative password or u must be member of doamin admin or somtimes it works in workgroup too i hope u enjoy this and no one can track u too bye
