what are some mean, scary pranks we can do at a swimming pool??

there is girl that none of my friends and me like, and she's gonna have a swimming party next weekend. so we decided to pull some mean pranks on her.... but we can't really think of any good ones!!!!!!!!! so please tell me some scary ones, cuz she hates scary! thanks so much!

have a hold ur breath the longest contest and float to the top "dead" that should scare her. dissapear somewhere. either under a floatie. or around the wall. or underneath the edge of the pool. and grab her legs.

ok wen she is by the swimming pool point the other way and say "your mom!!!" and she will say "where?!!!?"then just push her into the water that is all i can thin of or put a firework right by her they ones that she will not see by her a little bi and let it out or just push her lol i wish i were goin to go there!

Float up 'dead' during a hold ur breath contest,grab her feet,bite her ankle,stuff like that. Get fake blood and squirt it in the water,and have one person float up with alot of the 'blood' surrounding him/her.
if shes a hemophobic (or heliophobic, i forgot) then gets lots o fake blood, and act like someone got incredibly hurt by her, and make sure she notices the flowing blood in the pool
When coming up out of the water, tell her something like "Hey, there's this spot over there at the bottom of the pool that smells like strawberries! You got to smell it!" When she tries to smell the strawberries, she'll get water in her nose. @->-->-
ask the person to swim between your legs underwater. if she says no then say because you cant, or i just want to see because someone cant. and if possible, make a line with your friends. when she goes and swims down, let everyone, or just you, pee on her at the right time. you can also kick her head and pretend if its an accident. also, replace their tanning oil with some cooking oil. and replace their sunblock with ketchup, or orange paint. put holes in their goggles. cut holes in bathing suit and noseplugs. or put superglue on anything they'll put on. especially floaties. another is offer to clean the whole pool. once its done, empty the net all over her head.
