scary halloween pranks to do in a college dorm?

my friend came down to my floor last night hooded with a Saw mask on so when my roommate opened the door, we all were scared out of our minds. now it's payback....anyone have any really good scary pranks? :]

1. This is not really a scary prank but, it is as funny as can be! When we were younger, my sister, my aunt, and I decided to prank my dad. We waited until he was asleep and then we snuck in his room and took all of his underwear out of his underwear drawer. We strung all the underwear on some yarn and made this stupid little sign that said something like "Have a hell of a good morning!" and then we snuck back in and hung the string criss-crossing all over the room with the sign right above his bed. We were dying of laughter the next morning when we heard dad yelling from his room "What the hell?" But, he got us back the next night! A scary type of prank that I always pulled and it seems to work on people of all ages is to wait until night, when they are alone someplace, and then knock on the window. Wait a few minutes and then do it again. It usually scares the wits out of people. But, you also risk that they think it is an intruder and call the police. So, make sure you reveal yourself :) Good luck and Happy Halloween!
2. your should either sneak in there room wait till they are ready for bed hide in there closet then jump out dressed like a murderer of some sort and scare the crap out of them or wait till they sleep then stand at the end of the bed staring at them with a ski mask on and softly call there name till they wake up, maybe playing with a toy knife or something. or you can prank them with you and your roommates saying something happened to you guys stage a whole plot and play it out and let everyone believe it. Sorry if this is kinda freaky that's what those darn movies will do to the imagination. lol hope this helps and have fun!
3. im thinking hanging replicas of your friend's friends.all over the place then dress all bloody and gross like a murderer or go in his/her room when he/she is out doing something and time it so when he/she is getting back open his door like he left it open and throw all his books down like you are a thief you should dress up like a real theif happy haunting!!!!
