Know any good birthday pranks for an office mate?

One of my coworkers has a birthday next week. He's great at playing jokes on other people and it's time to give it back to him. So far we've come up with filling his office with balloons and having small Rosie O'Donnell images all over his office supplies, computer, doorknob, etc. He hates Rosie O'Donnell but loves Dr. Pepper, any reality tv show, red vines Any suggestions will be enthusiastically executed!!!

Why don't you make like a cake with a hole in the middle, a whole big enough for a fist to go through, you get a table that you can cut a hole through thats align with the hole of the cake, you have someone who has clean hands to hide under the table and disguise their hand into a bloody hand with some flavor coloring, and when you give the signal, the hand pops out of the cake,lol such a new classic!

7. i think you should give him a cd of a band he dont even know. for example, jonas brothers. or put jonas borthers in his desk.
8. Well this should be pretty easy.... First wrap their whole desk with crepe paper, then take the batteries out of their mouse, make it impossible to sit down & get any work done, another good prank is to make an announcement that the birthday person is now receiving birthday hugs at their desk, don't forget to remove the staples from the stapler and make sure all pens & pencils don't work. This should keep your co-worker on their toes for a while. Have fun!
9. Do you guys use computers/email? Does your email program just say a name from who its from or does it show the actual email? If it just shows a name, sign up for an email account and make the name "promotion@drpepper.com" or something and make the email say he won a free year of Dr. Pepper.
10. Get your boss involved and tell him he's being let go. and catch it on camera and put it on youtube! its gonna be hillarious!

12. Here's two "no cost" ideas: 1) Get several paper toilet seat protectors from the bathroom and decorate his space using them as streamers. Don't forget to place one in the center of his chair/seat! 2) Empty out the holes from all the paper-punch machines and throw them all over his desk like confetti!! .
