Without causing pain or hurt feelings. I just patted my co-workers ear receiver on his phone with an INK pad (black) and now he is walking around with a black ear. Should I tell him?

Take his keyboard home one night, take the screws out the back to pull off the front of the keyboard(under and around the keys are exposed) place damp kitchen roll (absorbant paper) around the keys and sprinkle with cress seeds. Screw back together. Wait for a few days, a slow but very funny prank. Enjoy my friend...
