What is an effective way to puncture a car tyre?

This is important!!! Pls help!! It's a long story and has got nothing to do with revenge or a prank..

2. a nail, a knife, any sharp object...
3. err depending on how fast you want it to be done...you can try to thick and stiff needle to puncture the whole tire... but if u ask me...buy a pistol and just shoot it down or something close to it...you should get a small wif a sharp edge..or if you just want the air to escape you just open the caps =,=...oh ya and a advise..do not push the needle through the tyre marks...it would take very long or wont be able to do it...push it in a surface that is fine and easier..
4. Cut the air filling stem! or try pucturing the thinner side wall.
