Funny pranks?

My brother is eight. Im 13. We always play funny jokes on eachother on halloween. It's not cause we hate eachother,.. just a awsomely fun contest to see who can pull the best prank. Any ideas on one for this year? (no harsh pranks just some cute funny ones)

1. get a big t.v. box hide in it then tell your mom to tell him to get something out of it then jump out
2. put tampons in his binder
3. Make him a REALLY nasty cookie or something and tell him a little something like, "I think i am too old for all of this prank stuff anymore. So i made you this cookie, for a new start" i dont know, just brainstorming here

5. if you have a cell phone call it and put it on speaker then hide it in your brothers room so that when he goes to sleep start making noise or taking in a scary voice it would totally scare him
6. Go into his bathroom and take the tank lid off the toilet. Then poop in the upper part and put the lid back on. The poop will start to disolve and replenish the bowl with poopy smelly water. Its so funny and its even funnier when they lift the tank lid off and see a turd in there. They have to fish it out. lol ITS CALLED THE "UPPER DECKER"
7. go into the bathroom take the shampoo or conditioner that he always uses and then put hair die in it and when he washes his hair his hair will be a different color and then he would have to go to school witha different color hair do
8. dip his binder in water with yellow food coloring but make sure it sorta dries up
9. Put 2 ketchup packs and put them on the bumpy thing on the seat.Then let mother nature do the rest.
10. hide in the closet in his room with a mask or something on and then come out when it's dark and he's in the room
11. buy a manican and place it at his window knock on the window at night then run.
12. On my last day at school I got a cow up to the top floor of my school. Cows go up stairs fine, but they don't like going down them. They also make a big mess. Put a cow in his bedroom.
13. Hi Sweetie, Find an old Tarantella at Value Village Thrift Store & put it in the middle when he comes home. Put fake orange shampoo in the bottle, the kind washes right out! Make up his face while he's sleeping? Spray die his hair green, while asleep that can was rite out LOL, Diana D
