some crazy person stole my myspace information?

I searched my name today and came along another profile. I was not hacked, its a seperate page. My last name is very weird and I can promise you there is no more of me in the united states yet alone in my town. There was the same name, location. Although there was no picture. Instead there was a picture of some wh0re anime girl. Very werid. On the page it said "I'm a lesbian and like to have sex with girls." then it said "this is a role play site so add me if you're a herm." what the hecks a herm? Well whatever it is, I dont want people searching me and thinking i role play with anime and that im a obessed with sex lesbian! I messaged myspace's technical group twice and even gave a handwritten salute that they asked for. But still, no action was taken and the profiles still there. Its really making me angry. I got on a spare myspace account that I have (no pic, no name, no friends) and messaged this person and told them to change their name. They ignored my message. What can i do?

1. All you can do is just wait for Myspace to handle it. I had a similar problem, and they did delete that account, but it took a few days to do it.
