5. Yes, they are silverfish. They live on starch, and do like damp places.( watch your front bottom when you sit on the loo)!! They live on starch. Probably dry skin that falls to the floor when your drying after a shower etc.
6. I used to work in a cafe that had a terrible silverfish problem. They lived under a shelf where we kept all the cardboard for drying the floors. Every so often we would pull out a piece of card and the silverfish would escape! My fried anslo had them in her room at uni...rooms at uni are always damp and horrible!
7. I've never seen anything like that in my toilet.
