My Funny Picture

want to know how to make funny pictures of "would be" children between images of 2 people?

i saw it on how to lose a guy in 10 days when kate hudson makes an album of "would be" baby pics - the children look totally weird with overemphasized eyes of one person, mouth of another... its not reality based, its meant to be funny. i have seen leno and letterman do it too. anyone know how i can do this? or know what software they are using to do this?

1. any image editting program will work like photoshop and paintshoppro even paint depends how good you want it to turn out. photoshop for most realistic
