I have this weird poop all over my yard and on my window sill! what is making this type of poop?

I have this weird poop all over my yard and on my window sill! what is making this type of poop? I' thinking its a rat,bat,squirrel, or perhap some kind of a reptile...Please help Thanks.. Its about the size of a kitten poop..I have no animals..it has a white stuff on the end of each poop....I have a pic click here...I http://pictures.aol.com/galleries/cutedragonfly999/b2c0uW523wAJeIBtNVLaFIZjEAEptXbwZaeJv4xQp5Fd3Ig= Now like I said it's big like a kitten poop...~ I live in the south, it's pretty hot here...and humid some. I have seen these big red lizards but still don't know...what it can be.

3. I have no idea what it pooping all over your yard. But, it sounds like you are a little obsessed with it.

6. It is either a bird or a reptile. I'm ruling out birds thougth because they're stools are usually more runny I'm going with a larger lizard. It looks like it came from somthing the size of a bearded dragon. Please add some details explaining the climate you live in, so I can specify the search.

8. I don't think that it is from the birds. It seems to me from the picture that there are two separate parts, black part with white tip. From my experience (I have a gecko), I think it looks like my gecko's poop. However, you said that it is as big as a kitten's poop. I'm not sure how big it is since I don't have a kitten. But if I guess right, it will be quite big gecko or any other reptiles. (My gecko is about 7-8 inches from head to tail. His poop is about 0.5-0.8 inch long.) Normally the bird's poop will be wet and be as drop like shape and usually not clearly be separable black from white part. But I might be wrong here as well.
