My Funny Picture

What type of animal is this? Is it a cat?

Last night I came across this weird little furry animal in our basement. At first I thought it was a rat...but now I'm thinking its a newborn little cat, or something. I've uploaded 2 pictures of it: http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l250/krazygurleah/misc/2.jpg AND http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l250/krazygurleah/misc/1.jpg It probably looks dead in the picture...but its not. Its sleeping..and when I poked it..it started making these little squeaky noises.

  3. That is most difinitely a baby kitten. (I have seen my fair share of them) Odds are that there is a mother cat somewhere looking for that little guy.
  4. Yes, that is indeed a kitten. Please take it and warm it with a towel to an animal shelter immediatley, it looks like it's in terrible condition.
  5. It is a kitten and if it's mother is not around get help soon.
  6. It's a cat , and it's just been born, look around to see if there's more, and take this one to the vet, cause it needs it's mothers milk.
  7. I really truly hope you are joking. That is a baby kitten. If you are not joking, PLEASE immediately wrap it in a warm towel and take it to a vet right away. It might not survive if you wait. It needs warmth and help, and a bottle of nursing milk RIGHT AWAY
  8. definatly a baby kitten! I hope you are taking care of her, a tiny little guy like that won't survive without help!l
  9. OOHHH! That is definetly a baby kitten!! Please help it! It looks like it needs immediate attention!! Poor little thing. It needs to be taked care of and falsely "nursed' with newborn kitten formula, or take it to the Humane society or something, pronto!
  10. It needs to be cared for by a vet. It looks like it could be sick. Take it to the VET so they can care for it.
  11. it's a kitten and it's only a couple of days old. it would be best if you could get it to a nursing mother cat to foster it but if you can't get some kitten formula and feed it every two hours.
