Anyone know the best way to get rid of that annoying upper arm flab??
I'm so sick of taking pictures that would otherwise come out rather well, if it wasn't for my huge arms!! And what makes it all the more abnormal is I am a pretty small person, so it looks REALLY weird..... Anyone have any advice??

- Yeah, take weights or anything, and lift your arms up infront of you. Hold them there. Pull them back, so you look sort of like a lower case t, and/or what Jesus looked like on the cross, then back to the front. Then take them up over your head, bring them down- holding them for 30 seconds in each position.
- do triceps kickbacks.
- weights and lipo
- All of the exercises mentioned are great for helping tone your triceps, and you will see results. But if you have a significant amount of "bye bye arm", it will never go away because you have excess skin/fat. Thus, the only solution is cosmetic surgury.
- turn them into muscel, then let them slowly get weaker (and smaller) 3 weeks weight lifting intence auta do it
- Buy some resistance bands from someplace like Wal-mart. There are some good exercises explained inside the package.
- Exercise with weights will help you to tone the muscles in your arms, but weightlifting alone will not get rid of the flab. Contrary to what most people believe, you cannot "spot reduce" fat. Fat is distributed differently on different people. Some people are dispositioned to store fat on their stomach, some their sides, some hips, and in your case, arms. The best way to get rid of the flab is to lose weight (no offense) paired with different exercises to tone your arms. The best arm toning exercises are pushups, tricep extensions, and tricep kickbacks. Pushups you can do at home with no equipment. For kickbacks you'll need a dumbell (can be bought at Wal-Mart fairly cheap). Demonstrations of various arm exercises can be found on the internet. Try bodybuilding.com for starters.
- I lost my arm fat through a mixture of weight-lifting and cardio exercise. I suggest running/walking or an elliptical machine if you have access to one. As for weights... I like simple bicep curls with dumbbells or some of those weight-resistance machines. Remember it takes about 4 weeks to see any progress with a weights proram.
- I lost a lot of weight (100 lbs) and my arms stayed big. My goal was to just starve myself until I had no body fat, and then work out until I was the size I should be, with skinny arms. I never got thin enough for my arms to go away. And now I'm fat again. I've done all kinds of tricep exercises with and without weights and all I can do is firm them up a little. The surgery for upper arm reduction supposedly leaves huge hideous scars. Good luck.
