OK, why are girls always giving that weird sideways peace sign in their pictures?

6. I was JUST talking to my husband about this!! Its called gangsta white girl syndrome. Every girl between ages 14-19 do it. I dont know why, its like a reflex- as soon as they see a camera they pucker up their lips and give a side ways peace sign. If you have a facebook account, there is actually a group dedicated to it called "Stop that pose" Look it up. :-)
7. idk but it drives me CRAZY! they're not even thinking about what they're implying which is peace and they probably don't even care about that, all they care about is looking "cool" which they don't
8. i believe it was just a japanese phase to start off with, whenever they took a picture... the peace sign would always show up i feel it has gone too far.... ppl that use myspace and facebook and try take pictures of that myspace pose etc etc.... obviously spend too much time perfecting that look when really it's stupid :)
9. yes, they think it's cool. they will probably regret all those pics when they are like 25 and figure out that they looked like idiots.

11. No, it didn't come from Japan. The Japanese are imitating the American gangsta blacks. This drives me nuts too. I don't care what they "think" they're doing, but what they ARE doing is flashing gang signs, period. And it's not cool. And that "scrunched up lip" pose makes me want to puke. Do they think this is sexy? gag
