weird pictures in my head when im trying to sleep??
Most nights when i'm trying to sleep (which usually takes a good 2 hours!) i get random images that float into my head and move around some examples- a piratey looking man moving his jaw up and down... a mans body with an old womans head, a skateboarding boy, a tinyman waving his arms and legs about...i've got nothing or seen anything in my life that has anything to do with these so it isn't me thinking them up...where do they come from??

- Try not eating or drinking for atleast two hours before going to bed. Sometimes as your body is digesting foods, your mind will wonder...nothing to be concerned about...
- This is perfectly normal. It happens to me all the time. There is also something called Charles Bonnett Syndrome which is like this. Incidentally, psychology researchers might be interested in what's going on in your brain while it happens, so i suggest you contact a psychology department at a university.
- from your mind..just try to think at something else and you won't have problems anymore..
- I have been having some weird dreams also. I was told to lie in bed and think of warm/cool water (depending on the season) running down your body calming and relaxing you as you drift off to sleep. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not but it is worth a try and costs nothing.
