How can I get codes for pictures to display in bulletins?

I have some picture that I would like to display in an informative bulletin on Myspace (I know informative? Myspace? doesn't make sense but I would like to spread the word on Micheal Vick's accusations on dog fighting and the severity and popularity of this problem)I have some pictures but I don't know how I can get the codes so that I can copy and paste them on to the bulletin and then repost. I would GREATLY appreciate any help and thank you!
