My Funny Picture

I need a fun and unique way to display pictures in a dorm room.?

I dont want to spend money on frames, unless thats the only way, but does anyone have any tips? I have a bulletin board and I thought about putting them on there but I want it to look good and I am sooooooo not creative. Any tips to make it look great?

1. If you have a digital camera, you can go to Walmart, and print them out with frames around it. It will look really pretty. Or you can use construction paper and decorate around the picture. If you have stickers, you can also stick it around your bulletin. =) Be creative. Do whatever you think and it might turn out nice.
2. I just used double stick tape and stuck them to the wall.
3. Get picture wire and some cup hooks that screw in the wall. screw in the cup hooks and connect the wire on each end. Then use the metal paper clips ( The large ones that have the black center i think they are called alligator clips or something like that) The clips will connect to the wire and the photos. Basically you are making a picture "clothes line". You can be creative in the office supply store or even the university book store and buy all sorts of clips connectors and wires. Have FUN !!!
4. If you can afford to spend a little money, get a piece of poster board. Thin out some white glue with a little water (about 1 part glue to 1 part water). Make color copies of the photos you want to display (Kinko's is pretty reasonable). Decoupage the photo copies onto the poster board. Start by spreading a thin but even layer of glue on the board, lay the photo over it and brush on another layer of glue, right over the photo. Don't worry, it will dry clear. Make sure you coat the photo evenly. Keep layering the photos and glueing them in the same process until the poster board is covered. Photos can be overlapped. When the poster board is covered, go over it again with a thin layer of the glue. Let it dry completely. Hang it on the wall, or wherever you want to display it. Hang them on the wall with tape or a product called poster putty (it's like a clay that adheres posters to the wall without damaging the wall). It's a very simple and inexpensive process. If you wanted to use the actual photos, you can, but they will be permanently attached. Copies work best. You can even copy them yourself on a regular copy and make them all black and white. It will still look good in black and white. Make a few of these and hang them in a row on your wall and there ya go...instant art!
5. make a collage of them. or if you have the pictures saved to your comp u could go to the walmart photo center online and get them blown up into posters . personlized posters would give ur dorm a nice touch, and it costs about the same as it would for a frame (depending) but looks cool. the bulletin board idea is cool to. another idea is get some string (clothesline works well but anything will work) and some office butterfly clips or paperclips, tack the ends of the string on each end of a wall so you have a "clothesline" across ur wall and then clip pictures on with the clips, vol'a you have your own photo gallery! you can do multiple "clotheslines" on different walls or the same wall and have a floor to ceiling display. well hope it helps! goodluck!
6. Double sided tape. Hang them over your roommates pictures. Cover anything of theirs you don't like.
7. take your bulletin board, some ribbon and some tacks. tack the ribbon to the back of the board so that it makes diagonal lines . (if that makes since.) then just take your pictures and slide them in. like in this picture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/52777834@N00/96859228/
