My Funny Picture

Does anyone know a website where i can decorate my display pictures for myspace? Part II?

I asked the same question a bit ago but i found an example this time. 1. No websites have it where you can do *just that*..I think you have to use photoshop or corel paintshop pro
2. either lunapic.com or blingee.com =] lunapic is better though (and more of what you're looking for) cuz with blingee, they put their lil' blingee sign in the bottom corner..
3. try downloading ulead or bannershop they work just fine =) get a free trial or w/e =P
4. thats either that they downloaded photoshop, photofiltr or they went to http://www.lunapic.com The 2 photo places cost money to use them programs. Lunapic is free! =D Hope i helped!♥
