How do you get two display pictures on MySpace?

Ok, I've noticed that some MySpace users have this thing where they have a certain Display Pic when you find them in a buddy list or something. But when you click on them and go to their page, their Display Pic is completely different. How do you get it to do that?

1. people change thier picture alot or maybe the pic is small and it changes size maybe they pimped thier pic and it changes pic but goes back to the same pic in a few seconds keep on asking ? about myspace
