the graphics on my computer in my display settings are grainy how do I fix this?

IS there freeware I can use to fix the problem I am having with viewing any kind of pictures on my desktop and internet. At this time the graphics work but it all tooks funny with dots everywhere and miss coloring. Please let me know ASAP

1. Right click on your desk top click on properties then click on setting then click on screen resilution choose the highest setting you can and 32 bit the click ok and apply it will resize your screen, if it looks better then save it and try it.
2. change the resolution on your monitor
3. do what wildcat says.. if that doen't work.. time to upgrade ur graphics card buddy
