How to display pictures on to cell phone?

How do I transfer pictures from my computer on to my TMobil cell phone? I know I can TAKE pictures, but I have certain pictures I would like to have on my cell phone, not just the ones I take myself.

1. you can transfer picture on your computer by using bluetooth or a data cable. i use bluetooth in transfering picture to computer no hassle its simple and easy .im using nokia n70 cellphone
2. depends on what type of phone you have. if you cant receive e-mail or plug it into your computer i do not think it is possible.
3. You can get a lead which connects to your computer and phone and you can transfer music, pictures and videos that way. You can get those from most phone shops or online. Or you could use a an uploader where you browse for the image on your pc, upload and use your phones internet browser to retreve the image. http://pcs.cruz-network.net/ is an uploader you could use.
