somebody using my display picture on msn without my permission?

somebody is using a picture of me on msn without my permission. and they are doing it because they think its funny. i dont want it there. what can i do? can i get this person in trouble some how?

2. Haha do it with whatever they change theirs to. Google a program called StuffPlug its a content stealer but people just use it to steal dps. Theres nothing you really can do but if you know the person just ask them if they will change it. Heres the link. http://www.stuffplug.com/?act=download

5. You cant do anything about it bcoz when he/she is using a picture of u in the msn...he/she is taking away yr picture. There's no msn website where we can report the matter...unless u tell him/her not to use yr picture anymore.
