How can I change the display picture of my yahoo answers?

I saw some pretty cool ones and I wanna add my own pic. I've already tried the 360 way

1. make a yahoo 360 account click on your profile and change the picture.

3. To put a real picture next to your name the photo you upload has to be in Jpeg format. It has to be tasteful for YA!and it has to be main photo on the 360 page http://360.yahoo.com then come back to yahoo answers to change profile (look below) To put an avatar(the cartoon pic) go to http://avatars.yahoo.com/ and make yourself an avatar when finish come back to yahoo answers and change your profile. To change profile click "My Q&A" click on "Edit My Info" and there you can decide what you want to put an avatar or a real picture.
4. Click on your picture, go to edit my info, (here on yahoo answers) then choose to use your 360 picture, or an avatar, or no picture at all, if you want to change your yahoo answers picture, your probably going to have to change your yahoo360 pic.
