how to save the two msn ids with display pictures on the same windows live messenger 9?

i used to have WLM in which u had an option to keep ur two or more ids at once with display pics.the same ids also appeared on hotmail.com.but now when i use another id on WLM,i have to use an option "SIGN IN WITH ANOTHER WINDOWS ID" and i cant save my first id. thx in advance for ur answers
