anyone knows a messenger program that can let you display pictures to your friend?

Im getting tired of AIM for displaying pictures. It either doesnt let me connect to my buddies to show the pictures because they dont have the matching version that i have. Or that my AIM crashes whenever i try to display certain pictures. If someone knows of an alternative messenger program, then please let me know.

3. yahoo is great. You can share dozens of photos and they can click on the ones they want to see. Or you can send an attachment via IM
