My Funny Picture

.gif file as a Windows live messenger/Msn display picture..... Possible or not?

Is this possible? Basically a .gif file is a file that moves. I was trying to put this as my windows live display picture but it isn''t animated: C:\Users\Theo\Pictures\Dancing Crash.gif do I have to convert it or something? Thanks for the help

1. Doubt it. Most likely .png/.jpeg.bmp only. Never tried .gif
2. Currently the answer is NO, HOWEVER in the next release of Windows Live Messenger (version 9) will let you do many things INCLUDING having a GIF as your display picture.
